這幾天北加州的天氣一下子飆高，一會兒到了三十度左右，讓人非常不適應，這便令人想到家常版有著醬油香與麻油香的雜菜粉絲，激起我再次挑戰憑感覺試試手氣製作韓式雜菜粉絲的鬥志，意外獲得好評。隔天更請韓國朋友品嚐，說是很有我做菜的風格~ 意思是自行添加了很多蔬菜，然後口味偏清淡 ^.^ 確實如此 。

吃消暑 - 韓式雜菜粉絲
近來認識了一位韓國太太，很幸運地受邀去她家作客嘗到了道地的家常韓式雜菜粉絲(與韓式炒肉)，楊非常喜歡，在用餐時就對我撇撇眼表示，明明就不辣~ 這麼說是因為上次憑感覺自己在家用韓式辣醬調味做出來的雜菜粉絲口味實在有夠重辣，這回才發現原來是所有韓式的料理都要用辣醬。清爽如小菜確實該清淡爽口些!

Valentine short trips
Yes, it's been a while. I don't think there is much readers out there awaits for posts in this blog, but for me, I hoped that posts reminds me of the touching moments in life as this blog is named after.
Over the last President/Valentine's three day holiday, me and Young had a wonderful time together. A day trip in the Sunnyvale farmer's market, the city library, followed by promotion burger treat from Jack and a cup of Peets coffee with buy-one-get-one-free deal. Enjoying all sorts of free deal still makes us happy despite that we weren't exactly poor, instead, we believe it is a legacy from our extended student life experience. It grew innate joy in us upon seeing the word "gratis", which means "Free" in both Spanish and Dutch. Sort of like a survival instinct we picked up from years of travel as well.

Second evening in LA
My first home cooked meal after arriving in Los Angles. The first home cooking I made for my husband, and for just the two of us! I guess I can get a pat on the back for picking up the job of housewife so quickly.
A dinner for two and a prepared lunch box made ready for my bebe to bring to work tomorrow.
Starting a new life in a different place is not new. The difference this time is that now I actually have someone with me. So, even though I expect most things in the US won’t surprises me so much after my experience in Europe, I know I will get plenty of new and first time experience in the coming days.
As a newly wedded couple, I look forward to all the sweet moments, now finally given the chance to live together after all the long separation. I am also expecting that life wouldn’t be as easy as it was before when I had job and have a theme in life to keep me busy. Now I have a lot of time for my own a head of me.
